Hello, I'm Sarai Speer, the founder of Balanced Stylist Society. With two decades of experience as a hairstylist and eight years as an International Educator, I've dedicated my journey to enriching the lives of stylists both professionally and personally. 

Balanced Stylist Society isn't just about mastering the art of hairstyling; it's a holistic approach to thriving in your career and life. Think of it as a unique blend of Netflix and a wellness retreat, tailor-made for hairstylists, with a strong focus on mental health.

My own story is a testament to the challenges we face in our industry. For ten years, I was entrenched in the grueling hustle culture – overworking 60-80 hours a week with no breaks, constantly double and triple booking, and living without boundaries. This unsustainable lifestyle inevitably led to severe burnout.

However, this experience became a turning point for me. I emerged from burnout with a renewed purpose: to empower hairstylists to lead balanced lives. At Balanced Stylist Society, we don't just aim to enhance your skills; we're here to help you prioritize your mental well-being and achieve your goals without compromising your health.
